GroundSign is an AI-powered habitat intelligence platform that helps hunters and landowners analyze their property and generate food plot recommendations. The service is provided through co-branded experiences with retail partners.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information at signup. You must be 18 years or older to use this service.

4. Your Property Data

You retain ownership of the property data you submit, including boundary information, scouting data, and any files you upload. By submitting data to GroundSign, you grant us a limited license to process that data for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not sell your property data to third parties.

5. AI-Generated Recommendations

Food plot recommendations and habitat analysis are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational purposes only. GroundSign makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any AI-generated output. You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on these recommendations.

6. Third-Party Services

GroundSign uses third-party services including mapping, parcel data, and AI providers to deliver its features. Your use of the service is subject to the applicable terms of those providers. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party data, including parcel boundary information.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use GroundSign to upload malicious files, attempt to compromise the security of the service, or submit false or misleading property information. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Service Availability

GroundSign is provided on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GroundSign and its partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
